By accessing our website, contacting us, or availing any service from India’s No. 1 Packers and Movers, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

We provide professional packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking, storage, and relocation-related services as per the agreed quotation. Any additional service not mentioned in the quotation will be charged separately.

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and confirmation from our team. Service schedules may vary due to traffic, weather, regulatory conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing is calculated based on distance, volume of goods, type of service, packing materials used, and accessibility at pickup and delivery locations. Final charges may change if actual goods differ from the initial assessment.

Full payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to clear dues may result in delayed delivery.

Customers must provide accurate details regarding addresses, contact information, and items to be moved. Valuables such as cash, jewelry, documents, or personal items should be removed prior to packing. We are not responsible for loss of undeclared valuables.

We do not transport hazardous, flammable, illegal, perishable, or restricted items. Discovery of such items may result in immediate cancellation of services without liability.

Transit insurance is optional but strongly recommended. In the absence of insurance, our liability shall be limited as per standard industry practices. Any damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. Such delays shall not be considered a breach of contract and will not attract compensation.

Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated in advance. Late cancellations may attract cancellation charges as per company policy.

Storage services, if availed, are chargeable as per the agreed duration. Goods stored without insurance remain at the customer’s risk. The company reserves the right to withhold goods in case of unpaid dues.

All website content, logos, branding, and materials belong to India’s No. 1 Packers and Movers and may not be used without written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in the company’s operational region.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
